Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Cook II is responsible for assisting the chef team including the CDC, Sous Chef, and Assistant Sous Chef. A Cook II will assist in the preparation and presentation of the menu.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare dishes, adhering to production standards and time constraints
Keep service lines spotless, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are always well stocked and appropriately garnished
Make sure all mise- en -place is in sufficient quantities for the day’s counts
Properly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous cook experience required
Able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

PAY RATE:
Pay: $22.50 per hour
