PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Cook II is responsible for assisting the chef team including the CDC, Sous Chef, and Assistant Sous Chef. A Cook II will assist in the preparation and presentation of the menu.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare dishes, adhering to production standards and time constraints

• Keep service lines spotless, change pans as needed, and ensure food selections are always well stocked and appropriately garnished

• Make sure all mise- en -place is in sufficient quantities for the day’s counts

• Properly store and rotate food to ensure freshness and avoid waste

• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous cook experience required

• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

DATES OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Summer 2025

PAY RATE:

• Pay: $22.50 per hour
