Job summary

RIVERSPORT OKC Foundation seeks an Hourly Rowing Coach to enhance guest experiences across the Corporate, Youth Outreach, and Learn to Row programs. The role is hourly and non-exempt, reporting to the Corporate League Coordinator.

You will lead sessions, ensure safety, and foster team development in a dynamic venue. You should have rowing experience at the high school, collegiate, or masters level, and be prepared to drive safety protocols and provide instruction in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have CPR/First Aid certification (training provided)
• Must be Safesport certified (training provided)
• Knowledge of safety launch driving (training provided)
• Ability to plan and implement 90-minute workouts for each team
• Must be available in two-hour incremental blocks for coaching sessions

Responsibilities

• Represent RiverSport OKC Foundation with a positive attitude and high energy
• Monitor activities to ensure adherence to rules and safety procedures
• Communicate clear rowing instructions to guests of all skill levels
• Plan and implement 90-minute workouts for each team
• Be available in two-hour increments for coaching sessions and occasional evenings/weekends
