• High standards of character, integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

• Perform additional coaching and program-related duties as assigned.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, initiative, adaptability, and a positive attitude while contributing to a collaborative coaching environment. A sense of humor and a genuine commitment to student-athlete development are highly valued.

This is a seasonal stipend position. Practice schedules may vary throughout the season but are generally held Monday through Friday from 3:00-6:00 p.m., with Saturday morning practices and regattas as scheduled.
