Responsibilities

• Receive, route, and track ROW/utility permit applications.
• Perform safety/setup and final completion inspections.
• Maintain daily field logs and compile close-out packages.

Skills

3–5 years of experience in municipal utility work

Communication with residents and contractors

Familiarity with ArcGIS

ATSSA Flagger or Traffic Control Certification

Knowledge of LA One Call (811) practices
