Qualifications

• Experience in acquisition and negotiation for transmission easements including oil, gas and electricity.
• Ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, and subordination.
• Willingness to travel 90% and hold a valid driver's license with acceptable DMV record.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the acquisition of ROW for linear and site-specific projects.
• Prepare and file permit applications required by affected agencies/entities.
• Support estimation of ROW costs and acquisition timelines.
• Coordinate acquisition activities and document procedures for compliance with specifications and contracts.
• Process encroachment requests and report on project status and meetings.
