Qualifications

• 5 years of Right-of-Way industry experience.
• 5 years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the overall project and personnel.
• Tracks right of way negotiations and easement acquisitions.
• Monitors project schedules and budget.
• Produces weekly reports, attends meetings, and provides budget variances.
• Communicates effectively with Client and project team.
