WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Project Controls & Scheduling professional to support right-of-way and real estate acquisition initiatives. You will help develop, monitor, and maintain schedules and budgets for electric transmission and substation projects.

You will also produce dashboards and KPI reports, track milestones, manage cost performance via earned value analysis, and liaise with ROW teams, program managers, and clients. The role emphasizes quality control and proactive risk management.

Formación

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or project controls.
• Experience supporting infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to prepare and report on KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with developing and maintaining ROW project schedules and budgets.
• Track milestones across survey, acquisition and construction-related settlements.
• Prepare earned value reports for schedule and cost performance.
• Monitor trust/escrow accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Produce routine project and portfolio reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and communicate issues to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between ROW teams, PMs and clients.
• Lead quality control processes and ensure compliance.
