Job summary

WSP Global Inc. in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Project Controls & Scheduling support role to assist the ROW Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in planning, executing, and reporting right-of-way and real estate acquisition projects for electric transmission and substation programs.

The position focuses on developing project schedules, tracking milestones, producing performance dashboards, and monitoring budgets while ensuring quality control and compliance with ROW guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination, project controls, or related roles supporting infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics understanding (earned value).
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Track and report on milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related settlements.
• Prepare earned value reports measuring schedule and cost performance.
• Track trust/escrow balances, reconcile, and report monthly; coordinate reimbursements.
