Job summary

Percheron LLC is seeking an experienced land professional to commute daily to our downtown Houston client office. The role requires strong knowledge of right-of-way disciplines, including title, permitting, acquisition, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will manage land-rights activities, negotiate easements, and prepare detailed reports while coordinating with landowners and engineers to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Right of Way or related field.
• Experience handling land-rights documents and negotiations.
• Ability to read maps, deeds, and easements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all land-related legal issues and title transfers.
• Drafts and reviews easements, licenses, and related agreements.
• Prepare activity reports and complex negotiation docs.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, attorneys, and landowners.
• Ensure work follows client procedures and project timelines.
• Work in office or in the field as required.
