Gray Hawk Land Solutions seeks a Document Supervisor to lead the document and database team on a major natural gas pipeline project in the Permian Basin, Texas. You will ensure accurate processing of easements, deeds and ownership records, from line list development through construction.

The role requires supervising Document/Database Specialists, maintaining project status, and coordinating with the Project Manager and field teams to keep documents moving.

Formación

• 5+ years in right-of-way acquisition and easement document processing.
• Experience supervising document or database staff.
• Understanding of all phases of pipeline ROW from line list to construction.
• Texas ROW experience and county recording requirements.
• Ability to review land acquisition agreements and related documents.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting.
• Experience with land-management databases and learning client systems quickly.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize through peak periods.
• Strong proofreading and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and review work of Document/Database Specialists; set priorities.
• Maintain accurate project status information from line list to construction.
• Review and verify land acquisition agreements, easements, workspace docs, damages and compensation docs.
• Oversee hard and electronic files to client standards.
• Create line lists and conduct in-house ROW/title searches.
• Oversee scanning and metadata entry into client systems and databases.
• Build and maintain Excel tracking sheets and reports with formulas.
• Proofread reports and data before distribution to PM or client.
• Coordinate with ROW/title staff, PM and outside parties to move documents.
• Train and mentor specialists and oversee safety trainings.
