Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening (project/client dependent).
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
• Willingness to learn the full ROW lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support land acquisition activities for easements and permissions.
• Maintain accurate parcel status tracking and documentation.
• Assist with landowner communications under supervision.
