Job Description

Support Right of Way functions through a 12–18-month rotational learning program in preparation for a higher-level position. The program allows for specific training within the Right of Way and Utilities Division combined with rotations through other select Agency Divisions and Residency Offices. Our Right of Way Associate program provides an in-depth view of the processes and procedures of Right of Way and gives perspective into how the Agency functions, providing a unique and well-informed entry into the Right of Way Division.

How you will contribute

• Learning: Identify hurdles to learning through immediate supervisor and program coordinators.
• Right of Way Disciplines: Learn the Right of Way disciplines and associated body of knowledge (laws, policies and procedures). Acquire knowledge in property appraisal, negotiation, relocation, and legal obligations.
