Job summary

Responsibilities

• Investigate, negotiate, acquire, defend, and ensure legal recording of property rights for infrastructure.
• Document all communications with landowners via in-person meetings, email, and phone.
• Prepare permits for state, highway, railroad, and local authorities.
• Coordinate payments to landowners through internal workflows.
• Travel regularly to project sites and landowner meetings.
• Support leases, licenses, and permits for networks infrastructure and lay-down areas.
• Maintain document management of legal filings and indexing.
