Job Summary

The Self-Storage Property Manager will focus on enhancing operational excellence and driving property performance. This role is based in Lake Stevens and Black Diamond, WA. Managers utilize strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers, identify storage needs, and offer real-time, cost-effective solutions. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues, answering questions, providing information about our policies, inspecting, cleaning, and preparing units for lease, and maintaining the property grounds and buildings. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal is essential.

Requirements

Key Results:

• Achieve a 75% lead & reservation to move-in conversion ratio
• Maintain 92% or higher unit occupancy and grow revenue monthly
• Keep monthly delinquency below 4%

Objectives and Responsibilities:

• Perform grassroots marketing and attend community events
• Conduct routine inspections and light maintenance of the facility
• Create an excellent customer experience with a customer-centric approach
• Promote awareness of the FreeUp Storage brand
• Maintain accurate digital records
