Allied Universal in Pensacola, FL seeks a Security Officer Full Time Roving Patrol. This unarmed role guards client sites, maintains a visible security presence, and supports access control across manufacturing environments.

You will patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and uphold professional customer service for employees and visitors. Two years of security experience and a high school diploma are preferred; a guard license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/locality.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site security procedures and emergency response plans.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing operations, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor and contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Report hazards and maintenance concerns to site contacts.
