Qualifications

• At least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check under federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and others by following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry to restricted areas.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation.
