The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for 7 apartment communities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. This is a hands-on maintenance manager role that will also coordinate preventative and emergency maintenance, preparation of apartments for new residents, and work orders for the property.
Includes patching and painting walls, trim, ceilings, cleaning and repairing appliances, preparing units for new residents, and completing plumbing and electrical tasks. Manages maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts in collaboration with the property management team.
Pay: $26-29/hour, DOE.
