We are looking for a career oriented Roving Maintenance Technician to join our Columbus, OH team as a Roving Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for assisting several communities in the Columbus area. When the candidate is not filling in at properties or helping with HVAC needs, they would join other team members assigned to work on special projects.

What We Need from you:

• Valid Driver's License and travel required. Paid mileage
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and Hand Tool knowledge
