We are looking for a career-oriented Roving Maintenance Technician to join our Columbus, OH team. This position is responsible for assisting several communities in the Columbus area. When not filling in at properties or helping with HVAC needs, you will join other team members on special projects.

What We Need from You:

• Valid Driver's License and travel required. Paid mileage
• Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Basic Electrical, Drywall, Plumbing and Hand Tool knowledge
