Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Roving Maintenance Technician to support building and property maintenance in the Tampa Bay area with a company vehicle provided. The role requires hands-on experience, strong customer service, and the ability to handle emergency requests and small construction tasks.

You will perform preventative maintenance, coordinate with tenants and management, and maintain logs of equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years in building/property maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with work order and preventative maintenance software.
• Experience with painting, drywall and light carpentry.
• Flexible, able to respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; visa sponsorship not offered.

• Work with minimal supervision.
• Maintain daily operating logs for air conditioning, fan units, graphs, utility meters and general complaints.

• Coordinate contractor, tenant and management approvals for work orders.

About you

As a Roving Maintenance Technician (Company Vehicle Provided) in the Tampa Bay, FL area, you are a dependable, self-starter with experience in building and property maintenance. You quickly identify issues and recommend corrective measures to ensure quality and safety. You have a strong work ethic and bring a positive, customer-centric approach, responding to emergency requests, working through light construction projects, or conducting regular inspections.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
