$33.00/hr - $35.00/hr

The Roving Maintenance Supervisor focuses on leadership, property maintenance, and team management. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance operations, responding to resident requests, managing budgets, leading safety meetings, staff training, scheduling emergencies, overseeing capital improvements, inventory control, contractor oversight, and maintaining property aesthetics.

Qualifications

• HVAC Certification
• Carpentry, Plumbing, and Electrical maintenance experience
• Ability to travel up to 50% (all expenses covered)
• Supervisor Experience
• Ability to lift over 25 lbs repeatedly
• Respond to after-hours emergencies
• Valid Driver's License
• Basic tools and personal smartphone required

Compensation

$33 - $35 per hour. Final salary depends on individual qualifications and experience.
