Job summary

Bozzuto is seeking a Roving Sales & Marketing Associate to travel among a portfolio of properties in St. Petersburg, Tampa and the Greater Tampa area.

You will convert leads into tours, conduct informative property visits, and strive to secure new leases while delivering an outstanding resident experience. You will actively leverage social media to generate interest and brand loyalty, with a flexible weekend schedule (three weekends per month).

Qualifications

• Ability to leverage Facebook and Instagram for engagement.

Responsibilities

• Travel roving among a portfolio of properties within St. Petersburg, Tampa and Greater Tampa.
• Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects.
• Conduct informative tours that lead to new leases.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
• Generate awareness and excitement via social media.
• Work three weekends per month with two weekdays off.
