Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager - Pan American Properties, Inc.
Position Overview:
Pay Rate: $25.00/Hour
Schedule:Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8 Hours Per Day- 8:30am to 5:00pm
Roving on Weekends During Lease-Up Period(s)
Location: Roving, Across 3 Properties in Escondido and Vista
Brief Description of Position:Our leasing agents work closely with our Onsite Resident Managers and Regional Property Supervisors to coordinate community marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. This position will report directly to the the Regional Supervisor.
Property Overview:
Purpose:
The Leasing Agent at Pan American Properties creates a personalized experience and displays the right amount curiosity to establish relationships and learn and understand the individual needs of our future residents. In doing so, the Leasing Agent works diligently to find the right home for future Pan American residents.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Marketing:
In coordination with the Resident Manager and Regional Supervisor, design and execute marketing strategies to create and drive traffic to Pan American communities by advertising available apartment homes on a variety of media platforms.
Stay informed on market conditions; develop marketing strategies based on current rental market environments.
Understand competition and conduct regular market analysis; make recommendations to support monthly and quarterly goals of the communities.
Conduct regular audits of all advertising.
Pipeline Management & Leasing:
Walk Move-In Ready apartment homes to ensure the home is ready for future resident tours.
Conduct community tours with potential future residents (in person, virtual or self-guided basis as needed).
Customize tours to meet future residents’ needs and ensure amenities are shown as needed.
Manage lead generation and pipeline to ensure the achievement of community goals.
Ensure proper follow up and follow through of all questions from potential future residents.
Discover and learn future residents’ needs; identify the right community and follow through on the securing the right home.
Follow lease checklist when handling new prospect applications and resident leases.
Process rental application data and confirm references.
Process applications and submit leasing documents to the corporate office that are verifiable, properly recorded, and accurate.
Move-In Process:
Ensure all Move-In documents are obtained and signed by all parties.
Oversee Move-In Orientation with the prospect on move in day and ensure positive experience.
In communities where no Onsite Property Manager is available, manage the Move-In process from beginning to end.
Understand our Resident experience; follow up to ensure Move-In satisfaction.

Frequently operate personal motor vehicle
Frequently sit, stand, climb stairs
Frequent use of eyes, including the ability to assess via, close vision, distance vision, color vision,
Frequently use hands and fingers
Frequently speak and hear
Works in a typical office setting with daily exposure to outdoor environment (i.e., heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.) when touring communities
Position requires frequent travel by automobile to handle work-related activities
