Allied Universal in Providence, RI is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Roving Security to safeguard patients, visitors, and staff in a healthcare setting. You will patrol, deter incidents, and provide exceptional service while maintaining a professional presence.

The role requires 1 year of security experience, CPR/First Aid preferred, and comfort with computers. Must be 18+ (21+ for armed), HS diploma, and able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, entrances, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures; assist with directions.
• Document incidents and patrols; complete reports and communicate during handoffs.
