Job summary

The McGregor Company is seeking a full-time, non-exempt employee to support customers across Washington, Idaho and Oregon. You will greet visitors, handle invoicing, manage inventory, and coordinate phone/radio communications, with occasional driving duties to assist the business needs.

Ideal candidates have accounting/bookkeeping experience, strong computer skills, and a high school diploma. Agricultural business knowledge is a plus; hours may extend during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Work experience in an accounting/bookkeeping position.
• Strong computer skills required, including ability to learn accounting software specific to ag retail.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Professional attitude and appearance with solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
• Knowledge of agricultural business preferred.
• Full-time with additional hours during peak busy seasons.
