GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is seeking a Tactical Security Officer to patrol diverse environments in Las Vegas, NV. You’ll rely on keen observation, quick risk assessment, and decisive action to protect people and property.

Responsibilities include patrolling sites, responding rapidly to incidents, creating detailed reports, conducting access control at gates, and enforcing procedures. Shift options are graveyard rotations with competitive pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year security experience in construction security.
• Current PILB license required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Shift 1: Grave: 8pm-8am: Monday to Wednesday.
• Shift 2: Grave: 8pm-8am: Friday to Sunday.
• Shift 3: Grave/Day Mix: 8pm-8am: Thursday/8am-8pm: Saturday & Sunday.

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• That you can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in a safe manner, as requested.
• You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have at least 1 year Security experience in Construction Security.
• You have a current PILB on hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You excel in working with computers and other electronic systems.
• You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
• You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• You have strong work ethic!
• You are authorized to work in theU.S.
