Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services seeks a Tactical Security Rover Officer to patrol sensitive environments, verify identities, and respond swiftly to incidents, ensuring safety and protection of people and property.

The role requires mobility across shifts, collaboration with law enforcement when needed, and readiness for a physically demanding day. Uniform provided and training offered.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Hold a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED required
• BSIS Guard Card preferred or in process
• First aid certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
• Crowd control as needed

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s In It For You

• Site Location: Brea, CA
• Schedule: Up to 16-40 hrs. per week. Applicants must be flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as scheduling needs may vary.

Qualifications Of Tactical Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• First aid certification is an asset
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
