Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year security experience in Construction Security.
• Current PILB on hand.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Proficient with computers and electronic systems.
• Able to work holidays as scheduled.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Strong work ethic.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as top priority.
• Professionally answer all phones at the site.
• Observe, survey the area, and report activity at location.
• Provide rapid response in critical situations.
• Write detailed reports on incidents and interactions.
• Enforce procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols.
• Provide access control by checking IDs and managing deliveries in the Gatehouse.

Ready to suit up as a Rover/Patrol Security Officer?

What matters most in a role like this is your ability to read the environment, anticipate risk, and act accordingly. Tell us about how your keen sense of observation is one of your greatest strengths.

As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

• Site Location: Las Vegas, NV
• Set schedule: 12-Hour shifts.
• Shift 1: Grave: 8pm-8am: Monday to Wednesday.
• Shift 2: Grave: 8pm-8am: Friday to Sunday.
• Shift 3: Grave/Day Mix: 8pm-8am: Thursday/8am-8pm: Saturday & Sunday.
• Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 / Hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• That you can professionally answer all phones that come through the Site.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports, especially on rude guests or residents.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols in a safe manner, as requested.
• You provide critical access control on behalf of community members and guests, by checking IDs, answering phones, using computers, and handling deliveries as needed in the Gatehouse.

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• You have at least a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You have at least 1 year Security experience in Construction Security.
• You have a current PILB on hand.
• You have a valid Driver's License.
• You excel in working with computers and other electronic systems.
• You will be able to work on holidays as scheduled for your shift.
• You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
• You have strong work ethic!
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
