Job description

The Rover Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned location and area.

Pay: $17.00 hourly rate

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Available Sunday - Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8-hour shift, with a 1/2 hr. lunch)

Basic Qualifications:

1. Must be 18 years of age or older
2. Must have 3 months cleaning experience
3. No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
4. Must have reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Customer service experience
2. 1 year of similar work experience

Responsibilities:

1. Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
2. Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
3. Notify Manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems
4. Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
5. Comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities
6. Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
7. Move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks
8. Clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
9. Wash and replace blinds
10. Gather and empty trash
11. Sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks
12. Wipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas
13. Service, clean, and supply restrooms
14. This position is for two locations. Will be paid mileage from location to location
