Lineage Logistics in Conklin, NY is seeking a Routing Clerk to coordinate deliveries by entering customers into routing system, maintaining on-time data, and plotting locations.

You will build travel networks, maintain routing databases, and communicate with transportation, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure accurate route completion. Must live within 50 miles of Conklin; 2 years transportation experience; strong Excel skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Enter new customers into the routing system database.

• Plot customer locations on digital maps.

• Perform routing database maintenance.
• Interface with routing-based systems.
• Create, edit, and distribute routing data reports and coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and sales management to ensure accurate route completion.
• Utilize appropriate tools to create dynamic routing.
• Create and maintain accuracy and cost-effective routes by implementing delivery window improvements.
• Create and maintain a feedback system from drivers regarding routing.

Schedule and Location

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm ****Must live within 50 miles of Conklin, NY**** Coordinate with appropriate team members to provide accurate routes for deliveries. Stay informed of most efficient and accurate routes using appropriate tools and analyzing reports.

• Interface with all routing-based systems
• Create, edit, and distribute routing data reports and coordinate with transportation, warehouse, and sales management to ensure accurate route completion
• Utilize appropriate tools to create dynamic routing
• Create and assign accurate and cost-effective routes by implementing delivery window improvements
• Create and maintain a feedback system from drivers regarding routing

Minimum Requirements

• 2 years transportation experience
• Experience working with routing software
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to function in a fast paced, highly visible, and changing environment

Pay

Pay Range:$17.79 - $30.05
