Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Olathe, KS is seeking a warehouse team member to support material handling and inventory control. The role includes inspecting pallet jack equipment, marking materials, and accurately picking products with correct lot numbers and product codes.

This position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in both cold and dry storage conditions, and a flexible schedule that may include weekends. Strong attention to detail and English language proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language (English).
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required.
• Ability to work in temperatures from -20°F/-25°C to 100°F/37°C in various storage conditions.
• Must lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with varying noise levels.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment.
• Mark materials with identifying information.

• Record material quantities using site equipment for inventory updates.
• Arrange stock parts in specified order for assembly.
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor.

Job description

Schedule: Monday & Tuesday 7:00pm - 7:00am

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes
• Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Basic math skills
• Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
