Job summary

Lineage Logistics is hiring for a warehouse associate to operate electric pallet jacks, pick and transport orders, and ensure product safety. You will perform safety inspections, follow voice-directed picking, and build stable pallets for shipment.

The role requires attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs in a fast-paced environment. The position offers daytime shifts, weekends as needed, and comprehensive benefits.

Job description

Shift: 4AM - 2:30PM - 4x10s - weekends required.

Pay: $20 - $22/hr DOE + $4-$9 Pick Incentive

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate electric pallet jack ride‑along equipment (single and double) to pick, build, and transport customer orders
• Perform required pre‑use safety inspections on electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
• Use headset‑based voice command systems to accurately select products by lot number and product code
• Build safe, stable pallets, frequently exceeding 5 feet in height, following proper stacking and safety guidelines
• Manually shrink‑wrap completed pallets to secure product for transport
• Label and mark materials with identifying information
• Stage and deliver completed orders to designated shipping or staging areas
• Identify, report, and communicate damaged, missing, or incorrect product to inventory control or a lead/supervisor

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate other warehouse machinery and material handling equipment as assigned
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, production‑driven warehouse environment
• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to understand instructions in the country’s official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
• Ability to give voice commands in English (required for voice‑directed picking systems)
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F / -25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F / 37°C in dry storage while wearing company‑provided PPE and freezer gear
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs / 18 kgs (weight may vary by facility)
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed
• Comfortable working around varying noise levels, which can be loud at times

Pay Range:$16.97 - $28.65
