Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Route Trainee to join our distribution team. You will be responsible for delivering and merchandising beverages, stocking products, and setting up shelves and displays at customer locations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform heavy physical work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and math skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Operate company truck or vehicle with a GVW under 26,000 pounds.
• Ensure proper completion of end-of-day cash and invoice verifications.
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.

We’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.Route Trainee Role OverviewThe Route Trainee is responsible for delivering and merchandising products, which includes placing orders, stocking, rotating, and setting up shelves, setting up displays, cooler stocking/rotation, storage room organization, and product movement to the sales floor. The job also requires the ability to use a handheld to order products and/or run invoices.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDrives and maneuvers a truck having a gross vehicle weight of under 26,000 pounds.
