Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures seeks a Merchandiser to manage the Wake Forest Territory, stocking shelves, rotating products, and setting up displays in stores. You will support promotions, maintain signage, and ensure accurate backroom organization while providing friendly customer service.

The role requires 3–5 years of merchandising experience, a clean driving record, and the ability to perform physical work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with store teams to maximize sales and visibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of relevant retail or merchandising experience.
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stock coolers, displays, shelves, and racks per PBV standards.
• Execute promotions and promotions signage.
• Create and maintain point-of-sale signage.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Place orders and/or process invoices.
• Keep backroom organized and rotate stock.
