Job summary

Accel Entertainment is seeking a reliable Collection Associate to support daily cash movement for video gaming venues. You will drive routes, deliver and collect cassettes, replenish RTs and VGTs, and ensure secure processing of funds at client locations.

Role requires a valid Illinois driver’s license and the ability to obtain a Terminal Handler’s License. You must be proficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Outlook, plus be willing to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and Outlook.
• Flexible and willing to work long hours, weekends; overtime as needed.
• Excellent ethics and integrity; strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide and maintain an exceptional customer experience with location staff and patrons.
• Be timely and punctual for both work and route schedule.
• Delivering and collecting cassettes/cans to and from customer locations per the assigned route schedule.
• Unload and deliver cassettes/cans to processing room following route.
• Drive efficiently during scheduled routes and assist with replenishments as needed.
• Communicate equipment needs and route problems to leadership; improve route efficiencies.

Collection operational needs will include, but are not limited to, VGT collections, Redemption Terminal (RT) Replenishments, and all other areas of cash movement.
