AVI Foodsystems is seeking a Full-time Route Supervisor for our New Stanton, PA Branch. The role is Monday–Friday, morning shifts, with responsibilities spanning driver supervision, account visits, and promotional activities.

Ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, the ability to pass the DOT Physical, and a strong focus on safety and customer service. Compensation is competitive with opportunities for growth in a family-oriented environment.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver’s License (must meet requirements)
• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to pass the DOT Physical
• Ability to operate a company vehicle safely
• Good driving record
• Previous vending experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with coworkers and customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic industry

• Assists in the training and development of team members
• Reviews reports from supervisors and managers regarding profitability at accounts
• Leads and assists on projects assigned by the Branch Manager
• Maintains positive customer relations by visiting accounts
• Manages Drivers
• Implements headquarters and in-house promotional activities
• Supports company programs and branch goals
• Monitors branch inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
• Addresses customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
• Other duties as required
