Job summary

ImageFIRST in Charlotte, NC is seeking a route-based service professional to support our Customer Advocates. You will establish, maintain and build strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies while representing the ImageFIRST brand on every delivery.

The role requires a High School Diploma, DOT medical certification, ability to lift 50 pounds, and a willingness to cover routes and assist with deliveries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within designated timeframe.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull linen carts.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote ImageFIRST values to positively impact associates, customers and community.
• Excellent communication in oral, written, phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Load and unload trucks and keep them organized.
• Manage customer linen inventory.
• Know product pricing, codes, colors, sizing, availability and applications.
• Prepare and follow up on work orders; ensure invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief for vacations and call-offs.
• Provide additional route support as needed (reroutes, volume).
• Make special deliveries to customers.
