ImageFIRST is hiring a route-based Customer Advocate supporting our Healthcare-focused linen service. You will build strong customer relationships while executing responsive sales and service strategies.

The role requires a clean driving record, a valid DOT medical certificate, and the ability to lift heavy items and manage inventory. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a culture that values safety, respect, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Clean driving record.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role occasionally covers delivery routes; must meet DOT eligibility and be comfortable operating company vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull linen carts.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to positively impact lives of associates, customers and community.
• Communication: Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face.
• Load and unload truck, truck organization.
• Manage customer inventory.
• Product knowledge: pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application.
• Paperwork: work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs (flexibility).
• Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…).
• Make special deliveries to customers.
