Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based service professional to support Customer Advocates by building strong customer relationships through responsive sales and service strategies. The role requires driving, loading/unloading, and managing linen inventory while ensuring accurate paperwork and invoices.

The position emphasizes excellent communication, flexibility to cover routes, and commitment to safety and teamwork within a healthcare-focused linen service.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• Occasionally covers delivery routes and operates company vehicles; must meet DOT eligibility.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push/pull carts of linen.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote company values to build relationships with associates, customers, and community.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing (in person, phone, and email).
• Load and unload trucks and organize routes.
• Manage customer inventory and respond to pricing, codes, colors, sizing, and quantities.
• Prepare and follow up on paperwork, ensure invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover vacations/call-offs and assist with reroutes or additional volume.
• Make special deliveries to customers.
