Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based service specialist to support Customer Advocates in building strong customer relationships through responsive sales and service strategies. The role involves loading/unloading trucks, managing inventory, route relief, and occasional special deliveries in a Denver area setting.

Monday–Friday hours vary; pay is $28.00 hourly. Requirements include a High School Diploma, valid DOT medical certificate or ability to obtain, ability to lift 50 lbs, and basic computer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid DOT medical certification or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull linen carts.
• Comfortable operating company vehicles when needed and DOT eligible.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote company values through customer relationships.
• Load and unload trucks and organize routes.
• Manage customer inventory and pricing knowledge.
• Prepare paperwork and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover vacations and call-offs.
• Provide additional route support and special deliveries.
