Job summary

ImageFIRST is a driving route-based service position supporting our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.

Pay rate is $25 - $27 hourly with a Monday to Friday schedule. The role includes delivering, inventory management, route relief, and special deliveries while upholding ImageFIRST standards and ensuring accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess a valid DOT medical certification or obtain one soon.
• Role may require covering delivery routes; DOT eligibility needed.
• Must be computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck and keep truck organized.
• Manage customer inventory and pricing codes, colors and sizes.
• Prepare and follow up on paperwork and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs.
• Provide additional route support as needed (reroutes, higher volume).
• Make special deliveries to customers.

This is a driving route-based service-oriented position supporting our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.

• Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, customers and community.
• Communication Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face
• Load and unload truck, truck organization.
• Manage customer inventory
• Product knowledge pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application
• Paperwork work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs (flexibility)
• Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc…)
• Make special deliveries to customers

PAY RATE $25 - $27 hourly

SCHEDULE Monday to Friday

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role occasionally requires covering delivery routes in the absence of regular drivers; therefore, candidates must meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
• Must be computer literate

• Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
• One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
