Job summary

ImageFIRST is seeking a route-based service professional to support our Customer Advocates in building strong customer relationships through responsive sales and service strategies.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, managing customer inventory, processing paperwork, and providing route relief. The role requires a High School Diploma, DOT medical certification or the ability to obtain one, and comfort operating company vehicles. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities across oral, written, phone and in-person interactions.
• Experience in customer relationship management or service delivery.
• Familiarity with route-based service and logistics coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote company values to positively impact associates, customers and community.
• Load and unload trucks and keep trucks organized.
• Manage customer inventory and pricing information, codes, colors, sizes, and quantities.
• Prepare and follow up on paperwork and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Provide route relief to cover vacations and call-offs; offer additional route support as needed.
• Make special deliveries to customers and handle reroutes or increased volume.

This is a route-based service-oriented position supporting our Customer Advocates in establishing, maintaining and building strong customer relationships through responsive and creative sales and service strategies.

The pay range for this position is $23.00-$28.00 per hour

• Support and promote our values and the ImageFIRST way to build the company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, customers and community.
• Communication Excellent oral, written, phone and face to face
• Load and unload truck, truck organization.
• Manage customer inventory
• Product knowledge pricing, codes, colors, sizing, changes/quantities, availability, product application
• Paperwork work order preparation and follow-up, invoice accuracy
• Provide route relief to cover Customer Advocate vacations and call offs (flexibility)
• Provide additional route support as needed (Reroutes, additional volume etc...)
• Make special deliveries to customers

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must possess a valid DOT (Department of Transportation) medical certification or obtain one within a designated timeframe.
• This role occasionally requires covering delivery routes in the absence of regular drivers; therefore, candidates must meet DOT eligibility requirements and be comfortable operating company vehicles as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds plus and push and pull carts of linen
• Must be computer literate

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Some delivery, logistics and/or route experience
• One year experience with account management and ensuring customer satisfaction
