Plunkett's in Clinton, IA is seeking a Service Technician to manage your own pest-control route, service homes and businesses, and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll set your schedule, plan daily stops, and grow your route with autonomy.

Training pay is 20–22 USD per hour plus uncapped sales incentives. You’ll receive extensive training to earn licenses, with a supportive team behind you and a family-owned company culture that values safety and service.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Willing to learn; training and licensing provided.
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work and routine route tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships on your route.
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales.
• Use basic equipment in indoor and outdoor conditions.
