Job summary

Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits. As a Service Technician, you’ll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This Route services Cedar Rapids and the surrounding areas.

You set your schedule with flexible hours. Training pay is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + uncapped sales incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package and training support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests
• Build strong customer relationships
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales
• Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
