Job summary

Plunkett's – Own Your Route – Set Your Schedule – Grow Without Limits. Plunkett's is seeking a Service Technician to manage your own pest control route in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas, delivering services, inspections, and customer care.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales Incentives. You will set your schedule, work independently with support, and have opportunities to grow your route through proactive service and sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• Customer service and sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services for homes and businesses.
• Inspect properties and treat for common pests.
• Build strong customer relationships.
• Look for ways to grow your route through sales.
• Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions.
