Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Utah is seeking a Service Technician to join a fast-growing nationwide service leader in restaurant equipment. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing systems, while engaging with customers to solve problems and ensure optimal performance.

• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years.
• Mechanical inclination.
• Able to lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use while restocking products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases; upsell and cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation every 8-12 weeks.

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 8-12 weeks.
