Job summary

Auto-Chlor System in Phoenix seeks a Field Service Technician to join a national service leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 85 years.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing equipment, communicate with customers to resolve issues, restock products, and participate in on-call emergency service on a rotating basis every 8–12 weeks. • Mechanical inclination.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70lbs.

• Conduct service visits and restock products.
• Negotiate service renewals and price increases, upsell and cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation every 8-12 weeks.

What you'll get to do:

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 8-12 weeks.

Requirements:

• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
