Auto-Chlor System in Kent, WA is hiring a Service Technician to join a fast-growing national leader in the restaurant and hospitality industry with 85 years of service.

The position offers an annual pay range of $67k–$70k (equivalent to about $26/hour), overtime and on-call bonuses, paid training, a company vehicle, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will maintain dish machines and dosing systems, service customers, and handle renewals.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
• Have a mechanical inclination.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers, while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products.
• Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 5-6 weeks.
