Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is hiring a Service Technician in Kent, WA to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines and dosing systems. You will communicate with customers to resolve issues, conduct on-site service visits, restock products, and participate in upselling where appropriate.

Position includes on-call emergency service rotation and extensive paid training. Company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided along with PTO, sick leave, holidays, and 401(k) with profit

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years in good standing.
• Mechanical inclination and aptitude for hands-on repair.
• Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment, and systems.
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use while restocking products.
• Negotiate service renewals, price adjustments, and upsell/cross-sell products.
• Provide on-call emergency service in rotation with coworkers every 5–6 weeks.

Pay

Annual range of $63,000 to $65,000 with hourly pay at $24/hour, plus opportunities for overtime and on‑call bonuses. This is the budgeted amount for the position; final offers are based on skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related factors.

What you’ll get to do

• Use problem‑solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment, and systems.
• Communicate with existing customers to resolve issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs.
• Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to customers while restocking them with our products.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals, price increases, and upsell/cross‑sell products.
• Provide on‑call emergency service in rotation with coworkers every 5‑6 weeks.
