Island Restrooms, a family-owned portable restroom company serving Southern Florida, seeks a Route Service Technician for the Key Largo Depot. Join a close-knit team that values safety, reliability, and top‑tier service as you service toilets and luxury trailers along a designated route.

Compensation is $19–$23 per hour with full-time, in-person schedule, overtime opportunities, and training. Benefits include employer-contributed medical, 401(k) with match, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliability, integrity and strong work ethic.
• Able to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drive a route to service, clean and restock portable toilets and luxury restroom trailers.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain the service vehicle.
• Keep depot yard organized and ready for daily operations.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Provide friendly, professional service at every stop.
• Assist with events and VIP properties as needed.
• Document service activities and report equipment issues.
